Yem Customer and Provider App
Dual mobile application for Yem (يم), a Saudi-based food delivery platform connecting customers with restaurants and delivery providers. The system consists of two apps — a Customer App for browsing restaurants, placing orders, and tracking deliveries in real-time, and a Provider App for restaurants and drivers to manage incoming orders, update menus, and handle delivery logistics.
The Challenge
Yem needed a reliable, scalable food delivery ecosystem for the Saudi market with two distinct user experiences — one for customers ordering food and one for providers fulfilling those orders. Both apps had to support Arabic-first UI, real-time order tracking, seamless payment integration, and performant map-based delivery coordination across Saudi cities.
Our Solution
We developed two Flutter-based mobile apps sharing a common backend API. The Customer App features restaurant browsing, menu exploration, cart management, multiple payment methods, real-time order tracking with live map updates, and push notifications. The Provider App gives restaurants and drivers order management dashboards, availability toggling, delivery route optimization, and earnings tracking — all built with an Arabic-first, RTL-optimized interface.

Web-based admin dashboard for the Yem (يم) platform, providing centralized management of restaurants, drivers, customers, orders, and platform operations. The dashboard gives Yem's operations team full visibility and control over the entire ecosystem.
The Challenge
Managing a two-sided marketplace requires real-time oversight of orders, provider onboarding, customer support, financial reconciliation, and platform-wide analytics. Yem needed a powerful admin portal that consolidates all operational data into a single, responsive interface.
Our Solution
We built a React-based admin dashboard featuring real-time order monitoring, restaurant and driver management panels, customer support tools, financial reporting, and platform analytics. The dashboard connects to the same backend API powering the mobile apps, ensuring data consistency across all touchpoints.

DFSK Egypt
Official website for DFSK Egypt (El Tarek Automotive), the authorized distributor of DFSK vehicles across Egypt. The site showcases their vehicle lineup, branch network, service centers, and company story built to serve both potential buyers and existing owners.
The Challenge
DFSK Egypt needed a modern digital presence that could handle frequent vehicle launches, rotating promotions, and multi-location branch information all managed by a non-technical marketing team. The previous setup made content updates slow and dependent on developers for every change.
Our Solution
We delivered a custom Laravel website with a Filament-powered CMS, giving the marketing team full control over vehicle pages, offers, news articles, and branch listings. The frontend uses a dark-themed, automotive-grade design with Swiper carousels, smooth animations, and responsive layouts optimized for the Egyptian market's mobile-heavy traffic.

E-commerce store for Alexandria Technology Systems, offering surveillance cameras, networking equipment, fire safety systems, computers, components, cabling, and office systems. The catalog spans 400+ products across 13 categories, serving both B2B and retail customers in Egypt.
The Challenge
ATS wanted to bring their physical inventory online with a full e-commerce experience product categories, search, cart, checkout, and account management without a long development cycle. The store needed to handle a large and varied catalog spanning surveillance, networking, computing, and accessories.

Product landing page for Afak Pharma, the Egyptian distributor of Medtrition's ProSource Powder a clinical protein supplement used in hospitals and ICU settings. The site educates healthcare professionals on product specifications, clinical efficacy, and ASPEN/ESPEN guideline compliance.
The Challenge
Afak Pharma needed a focused, professional landing page to introduce ProSource Powder to the Egyptian medical market. The site had to communicate complex clinical data PDCAAS scores, osmolality, dual-action protein mechanisms in a way that builds trust with physicians, dietitians, and hospital procurement teams.
Our Solution
We built a clean, clinical single-page website with animated stat counters, scroll-reveal sections, an interactive FAQ accordion, and structured data (Schema.org) for SEO. The design uses a medical-grade aesthetic with clear typography, WhatsApp integration for quick inquiries, and responsive layout for on-the-go access by healthcare professionals.

El-Tarek Automotive manages a complex operation spanning multiple vehicle brands, branches across Egypt, inventory tracking, sales pipelines, and after-sales service workflows. They needed a centralized web application to replace fragmented spreadsheets and disconnected systems — giving managers real-time visibility and staff a single tool for daily operations.

We are building a custom Laravel web application with role-based dashboards, multi-branch inventory management, sales tracking, and service scheduling. The platform integrates with the existing DFSK Egypt public website and provides real-time reporting for management across all automotive operations.

Companion mobile application for the El-Tarek Automotive platform, giving field staff and branch managers on-the-go access to inventory, sales updates, service requests, and customer information across all ElTarek Group automotive brands.
The Challenge
Branch managers and sales teams needed mobile access to the same operational data available on the web app — inventory checks, customer follow-ups, and service status, without being tied to a desktop. The app had to work reliably across varying network conditions in Egypt and sync seamlessly with the backend.
Our Solution
We are developing a Flutter mobile app for iOS and Android that connects to the same Laravel API as the web application. The app features offline-capable data caching, push notifications for service updates and sales alerts, and a streamlined UI designed for quick lookups and field use.
